Terms of service
These draft terms describe intended product boundaries for review. They are not final legal terms and must be approved by counsel before GA.
Service
llibrary provides tools for connecting, indexing, navigating, and querying user-controlled Markdown libraries. Hosted features may depend on third-party services for authentication, repository access, AI processing, billing, and infrastructure.
User content and access
Users are responsible for the content they connect or upload and for ensuring they have the right to use connected repositories with llibrary. Review needed: final ownership, license-to-operate, acceptable use, and workspace admin terms.
Security and availability
llibrary should use reasonable operational safeguards, monitor production health, and respond to incidents through the incident response runbook. Review needed: final support, uptime, beta/preview, warranty, and liability language.
Account changes
Users can stop using the service by disconnecting integrations, deleting hosted content, or deleting their account from the signed-in app. Review needed: cancellation, refund, and data retention terms for paid plans.
Launch blockers
Before public GA, counsel must review this page, the privacy notice, the subprocessor list, and any DPA or customer-specific terms needed for hosted workspaces.
