What llibrary handles
llibrary is designed around user-controlled Markdown libraries and connected repositories. Depending on how a workspace is configured, the service may process account information, authentication metadata, repository metadata, note content submitted for indexing, derived search/index data, usage events, support messages, billing metadata, and operational logs.
How data is used
Data is used to provide the product, authenticate users, sync and index libraries, answer user requests with citations, secure the service, debug incidents, improve reliability, provide support, and meet billing or legal obligations. Review needed: confirm analytics, retention, AI provider, and training/no-training commitments before GA.
User control
Users can disconnect a repository, remove hosted content, and delete their account from the signed-in app. Account deletion revokes active connected repository access and removes attributable application-database rows except for a minimal non-resurrection record containing the Clerk user ID, Svix webhook delivery ID, deletion status and timestamps, and cleanup-attempt metadata as applicable. This record is retained indefinitely to prevent a deleted account from being recreated. Git remains the source of truth for user-owned vaults. Review needed: define deletion SLA, backup retention, export guarantees, and support contact before launch.
Sharing and subprocessors
llibrary uses service providers for hosting, authentication, observability, payments, connected-repository access, and optional AI processing. The current baseline list is published at /subprocessors. Review needed: confirm the production provider list and data categories.
Web fonts
Our web fonts are served from our own infrastructure. Loading a page sends no request to Google or to any other font host, so no font provider receives your IP address or the page you are reading.
